Preprocessing includes multi media filter, activated carbon filter, softener, iron and manganese removal filter, ultrafiltration, microfiltration; advanced treatment includes treatment and ion exchange membrane method; terminal treatment including ozone, UV mode and polishing mixed bed, EDI or CDI etc..
1, water tank:
System settings in the tank, ensure the system's 30-60 minutes buffer adjustment ability. Or the water tank is arranged according to customer requirements more or less as a buffer tank equipment room. The water tank is provided with a liquid level switch, breathing apparatus, a liquid level pipe and the water inlet pneumatic valve, for the whole line of automatic control.
2, multi media filter:
Using water special high quality multi-stage graded quartz sand and anthracite is treated as filter media, the main aim is to remove suspended particles, the larger the water dissolved organic high molecular contaminants, reduce water turbidity.
3, active carbon filter:
Using water special high quality coconut shell activated carbon filter treatment as filter media, the main purpose is to adsorption of organic matter, residual chlorine and water smell, and as the beverage industry to improve water quality protection facilities.
4, ultrafiltration
Principle of ultrafiltration is a membrane separation process principles, ultrafiltration using a pressure activated membrane, in the external driving force (pressure) under the effect of intercepting water colloid, particles and substances with relatively higher molecular weight, and water and small solute particles through the membrane separation process.
5, precise filter:

6, the reverse osmosis system:

7, mixed bed:

8, EDI:

9, the ultraviolet sterilizer:

10, the ozone sterilization system:
